Robin D
I've done 2 Whole 30s and am considering a Whole 15 to 're-calibrate' myself after a totally awesome (but definitely not Whole 30) 2 week vacation to Alaska. I've tried to keep myself on track as much as I can, but it's been hard when I don't consistently have a kitchen to make food, nor with all this awesome craft beer hanging around all the time! Has anyone done a Whole 15 after a Whole 30? Has it helped or has it not been long enough for them? I ate very Whole 30 like prior to this vacation (I had a beer or two a week but that was about it), so I'm hoping this won't be too much of stretch. Physibeth
I know Dallas and Melissa talk about doing mini whole30s (whole7, whole15, etc) before and after vacations for just this reason. I think if you are mostly eating Whole30 style and went a little overboard on vacation than a whole15 would be a nice little reset for you. Guest
I've done several. I've also done several Whole 7 or Whole 5 or Whole 10 or whatever to just reset myself.
