simonec
day 29: i slept ok, once i finally fell asleep...i bought natural calm at the health food store today (finally got a full sized container not a couple single packets)...tomorrow is day 30 for me, and i'll weigh and measure myself monday, which will be day 31 of the 60 days. in the next 30 days i hope to get my budgeting and workouts a bit more refined. meal 1- 1 cup of black coffee (monday i start going without coffee, although i could actually start that tomorrow), 4 scrambled eggs and home fried sweet potatoes meal 2- ground beef and green beans sauteed together with herbs and spices meal 3- chicken legs, beets and broccoli TMI Warning: i have been feeling off for about 4 or 5 days and found out why...i got my monthly visitor (well not quite monthly for me, sometimes it seems more like annual or more likely every 2 or 3 months, though, after i had my kids i didn't get it for almost 2 and a half years. so we'll see if I get more regular as i continue eating paleo). simonec
oh, and no sugar cravings at all lately, not even craving chocolate which i often do...sinuses are a little stuffy but my allergies have been mild compared to many of my friends who usually have bad allergies the same time as me this last week and a half. i'm hoping my sleep patterns and allergies improve even more in the next 31 days. tough week coming up...school clothes shopping, paying bills, paying rent, doing piles of paper work, meeting teachers, making appointments and our drier vent is being cleaned out and i have piles of filing and recycling and kids toys everywhere...the kids start school on the 9th. Physibeth
Be careful you don't oversleep. Sleeping too much can also make you feel groggy from what I've read. Maybe try to limit yourself to 9 hours if you can.
