HMWill
So I don't usually snack and pretty much don't eat fruit or nut/nut butters but I'm going camping this weekend with a group of friends. I'm packing all my own whole30 approved foods, but I was wondering about an evening snack idea for the campfire. Everyone will be eating smores and brownies baked in orange rinds. Would cooking a banana with almond butter in foil on the campfire be considered SWYPO? Like I said, I never snack but I know sitting around a campfire might test my resolve! Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 6, 2013 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2013 You are talking about a paleo version of smores. That would be SWYPO. Don't do it.
HMWill
Of course not.
Ravin
I'd say take something meaty and tasty you can stick on a skewer and grill. Compliant sausage (boiled in advance) and veggies perhaps. Just becuase everyone else is only skewer & scorching dessert doesn't mean you can't do the same with a totally compliant mini-meal.
