aezj
Is having a really bad taste in your mouth considered a reaction to a reintroduced food? It's pretty bad, bad enough, I don't want to eat that food again :/

Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 2, 2013 Moderators Share Posted September 2, 2013 I would be more worried that you were dealing with bad cottage cheese than that you were having a negative reaction. Many people experience their tastes changing when they go for a while without added sugar and eating whole, unprocessed foods, but the most common thing we hear is people saying that the food they are eating does not taste as good as they remember it tasting, not that it tastes bad. aezj
Tom, I just bought it yesterday and ate it with meal 1 and then again meal 3. It's not until meal 3, did I notice the odd taste it left
Psirene
When I have flirted with dairy, especially if I have some at night before bed, in the morning I'll often have a spoiled milk taste in my mouth. I don't have the best digestion to start with, but it's like it spoils in my belly while I sleep, because my body doesn't want it. Certainly kills the want for any more. It's related to the concept of food stagnation (acupuncture/omd stuff). Do you have problems with other dairy?
