Nikknak
I've just started my whole 30 and recently went to the doctor and my total cholesterol was 200 something. I've been eating three eggs with veggies the past 4 mornings but now I'm worried. Am I eating way to many while eggs and making my cholesterol higher?? Bet
You can't just look at the total number. Did you get the make up? How much LDL/HDL/Triglicerides? That is what is important. Mine is 216 and I don't worry about it because my HDL/LDL and HDL/Triglicerides ratios are good.
Mom2A&M
There is a specific part of ISWF about cholesterol, maybe skip ahead a few pages and read it to get better idea of the numbers?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 9, 2013 Moderators Share Posted September 9, 2013 You can eat a lot of eggs during a Whole30 and improve your cholesterol numbers. It kind of depends upon how your body works. My cholesterol stays high no matter what I eat because that is how my body works.
