GoingBatty
I have been reading numerous posts from people well into the 30 days who still have headaches and tiredness, particularly in the afternoon, but I am not seeing a common thread about the cause. Is it too little carbs? Need to eat more fat? I realize that everyone is unique, but the symptoms are the same amongst many and so there must be a shared cause and a common solution. Come on guys - what's the answer?
ChickenNoodle
Personally, when I feel that way if I can up my carbs and fat it helps. With W30 the theme seems to be 'get what you need from your meals and don't snack' I am struggling with that. I would say if you are headachey with low energy more fat and carbs are in order. But W30 rules are new to me.
Robin Strathdee
The first course is usually to add more food, especially carb dense veggies and fat (most people do okay in the protein department). Give that a try, make sure your hydration is where it should be, and report back
