SimpleNotEasy
Fall down 7 times, get up 8. You aren't alone in the struggle against emotional eating and you can do this. Do you think if you started a Whole 30 log on here (the forum), you could write when you are tempted? It has helped me. Good luck!
amberino21
Did you learn from your experience? Did you decide to start again rather than just give in? Yes? Then you haven't failed! Perhaps working out some strategies to help you if the same situation arises again might be a good idea?
1Maryann
It isn't a failure until you stop trying. Until then, it's just a learning experience.
Wendyland
I'm on my 3rd whole30. Each time, I had several false starts. Try to learn from the experience. What caused the lapse? Not being prepared enough? I try to have lis of complaint yummy food around to keep me on track. I also take it easy on myself and do a lot of pampering at first. Once the days start go by, it starts to become habit.
