PattiM
I printed out the W9 ISWF meal planning guide and posted it on my fridge. I have a question about the recommendations for post work out meals, it says to add carbs based on " our Carb Curve" but I cannot find this referenced in the book or the website. Can someone point me in the right direction?
cldarling
Hi Patti-- You can find the 'carb curve' for post-workout meals in Chapter 21: Fine-Tuning for Special Populations in the section for 'Active Individuals' (it is page 359 of 530 for me, but I have the iBook for iPad version). Hope that helps!

SEGal
Is there any place I can find it if I don't own the book? I beleive the book was recently published. So then where did people get this info before?
Benjamin Shine
The Carb Curve is sooooper helpful! It tells me I probably don't need much carbs after the kinds of exercise I do -- mostly CrossFit with one or two workouts of under 15 minutes each. I'm in the middle of the bottom axis. Robin Strathdee
SEGal - I'm afraid it's not available anywhere else. It may have been in some older versions of Dallas and Melissa's seminar paperwork, but I'm not aware of any recent versions outside the book. Judo
Most likely too late for these bloggers, but I found this list for carb dense veggies in my search. http://www.balancedbites.com/PDFs/BOOK_EXTRAS/PracticalPaleo_GuidetoPaleoCarbs.pdf
