KathyV
would 2 TBS, of coconut cream be enough for one serving of fat? I mixed it with a little red curry paste for a salad dressing.
amberino21
Coconut milk fat portion is suggested at 1/4-1/2 a can, which would be about 100-200ml. Coconut cream is fattier, but even so I think you'd need a little more than 2tbspns to equal one serving of fat. I'd suggest 4tbspns may be a better measure? Moderators Tom Denham Posted December 13, 2013 Moderators Share Posted December 13, 2013 Maybe. The meal template suggests 1-2 thumb-size portions. A thumb-size portion is roughly one tablespoon. You could eat a little more if it suited you. http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf

Ours is just slightly thicker milk - perhaps it's more dense than I thought!
KathyV
the cream is pretty thick, it held on to the spoon pretty good after I shock the jar of milk to mix it.
