Also I was reading that some are making their own almond milk and suggesting that I can sweeten it - what sweetener is allowable on whole 30? Robin Strathdee Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 Welcome K! Hemp oil is fine, though we'd encourage you not to heat it as it's easily oxidized. Save it for cold uses.
