Starting my first Whole30 - January 1st!

Make sure you're getting a good amount of veggies (not sure how much "some spinach" was at your dinner).

It was enough, like a cup and a half.

 

Day 7: Breakfast: 3 eggs, cabbage and carrot salad with olive oil

           Lunch: 2 chicken drumsticks with tomato sauce and a few beets

           Dinner: 1 chicken drumstick with tomato sauce, tomato and lettuce salad, some nuts, half a banana

 

Also today friends brought over pepperoni pizza and although I had small temptations, I didn't give up - pretty big step for a pizza lover like me! Proud of myself  :)

Passing on the pizza is huge and definitely worthy of some serious proud feelings.   

 

It really is. Although I would love to have it, I just didn't think it was worth it. That's a huge step.

 

Day 8: Breakfast: 3 egg omelette and spinach

           Lunch: 2 burger patties (made sure they were paleo) with a little tomato sauce, cabbage and carrot salad with olive oil

           Dinner: Tuna, tomato and lettuce salad, some nuts, a kiwi
