chanan88
Hi, I've just started my first whole30 and I was wondering if tea was allowed? English breakfast tea/ normal tea not flavoured green tea types? I know coffee is but I've tried it with almond milk & it isn't quite as enjoyable as my trim hazelnut latte w/sugar!!! Thanks! Tea is allowed but you have to make sure it doesn't have any non compliant ingredients like Soy Lecithin or Stevia Leaf. I was surprised how many teas have soy in them. Good Luck. chanan88
So my tea (Tetley original) ingredients list says 100% tea & passion...I'm not sure if this means nothing else in it so ok or just a poor list?
jent103
I think it's fine. My peppermint tea just lists "peppermint."
