Day 3

Ok ladies and gents...Day 3 isn't going so well...I am emotional and have head aches off and on...I refuse to fail so I am still going strong, just wondering if anyone else felt this way on Day 3? For breakfast I had 2 eggs, mushrooms, onions, spinach, grass fed pork scrambled in coconut oil with sea salt and pepper. A cup of coffee with coconut milk. Have not had lunch yet. It's still early here.

Many people don't eat enough when they start a Whole30. Being hungry makes everything harder and more painful. Be sure you are getting enough according to the meal template: http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf

 

Be sure you are getting enough water. We need 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight per day. Not getting enough water can lead to headaches and feeling bad.
