Kryztle Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 Ok ladies and gents...Day 3 isn't going so well...I am emotional and have head aches off and on...I refuse to fail so I am still going strong, just wondering if anyone else felt this way on Day 3? For breakfast I had 2 eggs, mushrooms, onions, spinach, grass fed pork scrambled in coconut oil with sea salt and pepper. A cup of coffee with coconut milk. Have not had lunch yet. Be sure you are getting enough according to the meal template: http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf Be sure you are getting enough water.
