MerBear
I start my day off with 2 eggs and 2 egg whites scrbled in coconut oil, over 2 cups of Brussels sprouts and bacon, and a monkey salad (banana, coconut chips, cashews). I used to be a juicer and drink kale, spinach and coconut oil in the mornings to get my greens in. The past week my digestion has been sub par with lots of stomach noises and changes in both digestion and just how my stomach feels. I am wondering if my old thinking and habits are constricting the way I should be eating on W30, or if I am in the need of some tweaking. Is this too much fat? missmary
The fat amounts you describe are fine, but protein seems a bit low and fruit a bit high. I would skip the monkey salad (occasionally maybe ok, but not ideal) and fill up on Brussels sprouts instead. Oh and eat the whole egg--the nutrition we need is mainly in the yolk! 4 whole eggs would be perfect here.
MerBear
Thanks Mary! I tried 4 eggs and Brussels sprouts and Bacon and ditched the monkey salad. So far so good!
