Anne Elise Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 Hi All! I am on day 3 of the Whole30 and I'm struggling with eating ANYTHING. Once or twice I've actually been hungry but overall no appetite and when I DO eat I feel like I'm going to be sick. Anyone else experiencing this? I finding breakfast aka "Meal 1" to be especially hard. Nothing is appetizing and for me, if I don't have an appetite I feel sick when I eat and feel sick when I don't. PAC2174 Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 I felt the same way for the first few days. i am on Day 7 and the nausea has mostly disappeared and I can finally feel ok when I eat something. I was concerned at first but having read past posts on the forum it did not seem that unusual. I think you will be ok in a few days if you hang in there. Good Luck!
