As far as vegetarian options, there is a board in the forums for vegetarians that you should ceck out. You'll probably get a lot of ideas there. Because you eat chicken, eggs, and fish, you cannot follow the guidelines for a vegetarian Whole30. That is reserved exclusively for people who eat no animal protein.
