protien confusion

Hi guys ,

i only eat chicken , eggs and fish (occasionally )

are the above things enough to fullfill my protien needs.

cant eat beef and pig due to religious issues.

what would be my options in vegetarian department ?




You can do an adequate Whole30 limited to chicken, eggs, and fish for your protein. Because you eat chicken, eggs, and fish, you cannot follow the guidelines for a vegetarian Whole30. That is reserved exclusively for people who eat no animal protein.
