Do note though, that if you buy high quality pastured/grass-fed organic meats, there is nothing to fear from fat. 15% of that kind of fat is a very good thing. If you need to use commodity/non-organic, etc. for budget reasons, then it might be better to go for a lower fat variety and add some other, better sources of fat like coconut milk or avocado to that meal.
