I apologize if this has already been asked, but is grapeseed oil allowed?  I assume yes since it is from grapes but wanted to double check.

I asked my husband to pick up spray olive oil and being the supportive guy he is, noticed it has "soy lecithin" in it so he got grapeseed oil spray instead.

let me know, thanks!

You might want to double-check the ingredients on that grapeseed oil spray. I've yet to find any cooking spray that does not also contain soy lecithin.

And yes, the grapeseed oil question has been asked and answered previously. Bottom line: it's not banned, but it's not your best cooking oil choice on a Whole30. http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/4182-grapeseed-oil/

I find it easiest to search the forum via Google. Type Whole30 followed by whatever you're looking for. If it's been discussed here, you'll get links to the posts.

It is 100% grapeseed oil.  My husband found it at Kroger.
