jmcip Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 I went to a dinner tonight and the only protein being served was BBQ ribs. I'm sure the BBQ sauce was not compliant. praxisproject Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 It depends on what's in them, but I would guess so A lot of BBQ ribs will contain some of these things: sugar, grains, additives. melbournegirl Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 After a while, I learnt in those situations to just ask for a plain salad or plate of vegetables and eat protein when I got home or take an emergency can of tuna, the whole30 is only 30 days and it was important for me to not risk unknown contaminations.
