I've mentally prepared for this weeks, but I've come across a question already that I can't find on any of the forums: I do two workouts a day, 3xs a week, one moderate intensity 30-45 cardio/strength training in the mornings before work and then usually either a high intensity hour long cardio session or strength training session. Should I be eating two preWO/postWO snacks? I had a difficult time eating postWO this morning and breakfast followed about an hour afterwards. Thanks!!
