namtrag
From what I am seeing, I believe the plan is to eat 3 meals spaced out to be 5 hours apart, and to avoid snacking in between, if possible. I am only on Day 3, and am running into a problem. I am not sure how to do this in my situation. I get up at 5 am, and eat at 6 am. Because of my wife's long hours and long commute, she doesn't get home until close to 7pm(she is doing the Whole30 with me). As you can see, the 5 hour thing doesn't work: 6am, 11am and 4pm should be the approximate meal times. In our case, for example, today I ate at 6 am, 11:30 am, and unless I eat a snack, I will eat again at 7-7:30pm. What is worse, going 7 1/2 to 8 hours without eating, or eating a couple of boiled eggs and a handful of cashews at 3:30pm? Just curious how others handle this. Thanks everyone!
