OrganicMom
A friend of mine mentioned something about no green tea in a whole30.... but I didn't catch why. Is it the caffeine? Where is that mentioned? I have the printout on what not to consume and I'm not seeing it. I understand the concept...but totally missed that. So green tea is not allowed at all? TrayS
Some teas have ingredients such as soy lecithin that are not allowed. But tea itself (including green) is allowed as long as there are no noncompliant ingredients in it, so read your labels and if you can't do that (such as in a restuarant) then don't drink it if you don't want to compromise your W30. Green tea is my favorite. Drink and enjoy!
