lujo238 Posted March 9, 2014 Share Posted March 9, 2014 I am on day 5 of my first whole 30. So far so good I guess. I have been very tired most of the days so far. This morning I got up an hour before my alarm for some reason. I could not get back to sleep though I did try. So now I am on here looking for recipes. I am planning to cook up some chicken breast today to use through out the week. I also plan to dice a ton of vegetables. Last week I made a sweet potato hash that I ate 3-4 times for breakfast. I would like something new for this week. Meal one is the hardest for me time wise. Lunch is usually leftovers from the night before. I am thinking of some sort of egg muffins. I have some sausage I want to use in the muffins for a fast and easy meal one. I saw someone suggest putting in different vegetables in the muffin cups to have a variety. I may try that.
