Belinda
I work at a CPA firm which is gearing up for very long days. One of the "perks" of working here is that we are provided with unlimited junk food during busy season. Almost every type of chip, cracker and processed cookie or treat is available and they appeared this morning. My first busy season, I gained 10 pounds and felt absolutely awful for 6 weeks. My hair started falling out, my skin broke out and I constantly felt gross. Today, I am going to do things differently. It might seem like the worst day to start the Whole 30 but for me, one bite of an Oatmeal Crème Pie and I am off and running in the junk food race. WholeReese902
Oh my! That is rough! But you can do it. Every time you get temped, just think of how you felt before. Good luck!
runninglawyer88
Why can't they give you unlimited brain food? Nuts, fruit, fresh veggies, and the like? That would be SO INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT! Stay strong.
Physibeth
Just remember...just because there is free food doesn't mean you have to eat it. The day that finally clicked in my brain it was like the angels sang and the heavens opened! Such a light bulb moment. Can you request other snacks options to be provided? Not that you really will need to snack once you are making those wonderful template meals.
