kwantum Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 I finished my whole30(2) yesterday and plan to start the reintroduction phase tomorrow with a delicious thai soup with rice noodles at my favourite thai restaurant. Rice noodles contain rice flour and water. I' m not sure what else to eat that day : white rice? Some sort of bread?... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GFChris Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 If you're reintroducing rice, that 's a non-gluten, so you want other non-glutens at your other 2 meals.
