tj2650
I don't plan on going off the Whole30 protocol after the 30 days. My doctor has previously told me to cut grains out of my diet, so I don't think I will have an issue with any concerns from his side. My only problem is I bought the book as a kindle version, so I cannot leave it with my doctor. I need a graphic or something simple that outlines what and how I am now eating. There will probably be some more small changes to what I am eating once we figure out what is wrong. So far the Whole30 is not dealing with all my symptoms, but I never figured it would. Is there anything I can print and take to my doctor that explains everything? Thanks TJ

GFChris
Here's a link to the downloads page: http://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/I'd suggest taking the Shopping List and Meal Planning Template to give your doctor an idea on what you eat and how you structure your meals. Nice to hear that you're working with your doctor - hope the discussion is fruitful!
