Not a huge fan of it so I won't be too upset but I know I should be drink it because it's good for me. missmary
If you don't like it, no need to drink it! There are plenty of other options for fermented foods/probiotics that have less sugar (ginger carrots, sauerkraut, kimchee, beet kvass, etc.). Me, I really enjoy it, AND it feels like enough of a "treat" that it can replace that glass of wine that I really want . I try not to have too much/too often. It's W30 approved, but if you want to try it do search out the ones with only a couple grams of sugar--not the ones blended with lots of fruit juice. My favorite is GTs Gingeraide, but plain and citrus are nice too.
kellyring
I'm not crazy about any fermented food. I think it's an acquired taste. I want to like it - just school too long in the pop arena so an adjustment period is I store for me I think.

Delaine Ross
When I first tried it, I compared it to someone running a marathon then sticking their feet in malt liquor. Now I am on the same page as missmary. It is a delicious treat and when I would not feel so well (pre Whole30!) after a night of drinking, I would crave Kombucha instead of Sprite, Coke, or Gatorade as I had previously. I'm so happy it is allowed...
