Babsie95 Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 So I introed dairy yesterday with seeming success. The only thing I am noticing is that today I am hungry. The other possible factors are that I ate a baked potato yesterday and forgot to take vegetables for lunch so just had tuna with mayo banana chips and grapes. so since I am far from an expert I was hoping for expert opinions.
