day after dairy--hungry

So I introed dairy yesterday with seeming success. The only thing I am noticing is that today I am hungry. The other possible factors are that I ate a baked potato yesterday and forgot to take vegetables for lunch so just had tuna with mayo banana chips and grapes. so since I am far from an expert I was hoping for expert opinions. I just want to figure out how to stay healthy without being whole 30 forever. ..

Dairy can influence insulin levels which can influence your feelings of hunger. Dairy is the mostly likely reason you are feeling hungrier than normal. The sugar from banana chips and grapes might also be at work here. And if you ate a baked white potato with banana chips and grapes, the carbs and the sugar together may have been at work. You might want to repeat your reintro while making sure only to add dairy or a high carb/sugar meal and not both.
