Babsie95 Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 So I introed dairy yesterday with seeming success. The only thing I am noticing is that today I am hungry. The other possible factors are that I ate a baked potato yesterday and forgot to take vegetables for lunch so just had tuna with mayo banana chips and grapes. so since I am far from an expert I was hoping for expert opinions. Dairy is the mostly likely reason you are feeling hungrier than normal. The sugar from banana chips and grapes might also be at work here. And if you ate a baked white potato with banana chips and grapes, the carbs and the sugar together may have been at work.
