Babsie95
I am planning to have grits as part of my gluten free grain breakfast. They are not specifically marked gluten free. Are they ok or should I cho something else
Tina R
You could use what you have and see what happens. If you have a bad reaction you might want to get some gluten free grits and see if that makes a difference. Just make sure you have two compliant days in between. Does that make sense? GFChris
For gluten free day, you want to be sure that everything you test is gluten free. It looks like grits can be made from corn, buckwheat, amaranth or soy. I would check your ingredients to be sure they're gluten-free and contain no soy before using them as part of a gluten-free test.
