I am on day 20 of my first Whole30. I am frustrated, irritable, bloated, hungry but no appetite, craving sugar and tired. What the???

I am one of the people who has a long way to go to health. But it's frustrating on day 20 to feel so crummy.

I have stuck to the program, I take digestive enzymes and magnesium and fish oil and was feeling a bit better before but today is really difficult.

I WILL stick to it but just had to vent today....... GRRRRRR!! Hormones are not balanced right now!!
