Ecolimonsters Posted April 6, 2014 Share Posted April 6, 2014 The way I would prepare this is first boiled in salt water. Once cooked I would "fry" in coconut oil. Not a deep fry but more like pan frying. I will serve this along with other vegetables and ground beef for dinner and perhaps a small salad... Is this Whole30 compliant?
