So initially I was going to start W30 last Monday, but fiance had to go out of town, we both wanted to do it and start really strong, so we pushed our start back to today.

 

We are so excited and READY!! Excited to be on this journey for the next 30 days.

Well HOLY smokes, we just ate the sweet potato hash from NomNom Paleo....this is a must try!! We cooked it with ghee and it was AMAZING.  Definitely made way too much hash which will make for a delicious breakfast tomorrow morning.  Had an egg + sliced avocado as well, delicious and filling.

slcampbell - I love that hash too! So good. Did you only have the one egg for protein? You'll need more than that! If you're just doing eggs, a serving is as many as you can hold in your hand (usually 3-4). Sometimes I add sausage to my hash (Aidell's chicken & apple breakfast sausage is compliant in my area). Yum.
