aburnett29
Is there any whole30 approved drinks other than water?
Tina R
Yes. The best way to find answers is to search google "whole30 drinks" or something like that. You can have coffee with compliant coconut milk or almond milk. You can have tea as long as it doesn't have soy lecithin, stevia or any other non compliant ingredients. You can have sparkling water and kombucha.
bpfwhole30
Currently drinking a La Croix grapefruit sparkling water (found at Target)! Perfectly Whole30 compliant!
aburnett29
Thank yall! I was hesitant to search Google for it because I know not everything is reliable. Plus I'm still trying to figure out what ingredients are good or not. What exactly is kombocha?

Plus I'm still trying to figure out what ingredients are good or not. What exactly is kombocha? If you type Google Whole30 followed by whatever you're looking for, if the question was previously asked here on the forum, you'll get links to the posts - that's what, I believe, Tina was referring to. Google is the easiest way to search the forum. Kombucha is a fermented beverage. It's referenced in this article of possible Whole30 drinks.
