LisaLulu
Pre whole 30 I was constantly thirsty and guzzling water (and peeing all the time). It must have been a blood sugar/insulin thing? Anyway since I started the whole 30 I never feel thirsty anymore and forget to drink. Maybe I'm getting tons of water content from all the salad I'm eating? I don't feel dehydrated at all. That actually happened more often when I was drinking all the time for some reason.
melbournegirl
Adrenal fatigue and electrolyte imbalance cause thirst and lack of water absorption, its not surprising you were able to improve this with a whole30, this was one of the things I used whole30s to fix, congratulations. LisaLulu
That makes sense. I was also having a lot of issues with dizziness, waking up at night, salt and sugar cravings, bloating and hunger but I was not overweight and my blood sugar always tested normal. I feel much more even keel these days.
