Asian Beef Stir-Fry

I have a nice 2lb flank steak ready to cook with a bunch of vegetables and cauliflower rice tonight, but I can't think of how to make a sauce to go with it outside of just using coconut aminos. I don't have any W30 approved fish sauce so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

I keep stir fries pretty simple usually - just coconut aminos, grated garlic, grated ginger (fresh), maybe some pepper (I did AIP & have reintroduced it recently but ate it without pepper for quite a while).  I add a splash of fish sauce rarely, I usually forget and it's buried at the back of a cabinet...
