Patronick328
I have a nice 2lb flank steak ready to cook with a bunch of vegetables and cauliflower rice tonight, but I can't think of how to make a sauce to go with it outside of just using coconut aminos. I don't have any W30 approved fish sauce so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
SarahInParis
I keep stir fries pretty simple usually - just coconut aminos, grated garlic, grated ginger (fresh), maybe some pepper (I did AIP & have reintroduced it recently but ate it without pepper for quite a while). I add a splash of fish sauce rarely, I usually forget and it's buried at the back of a cabinet...
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted May 15, 2014 Moderators Share Posted May 15, 2014 I love Melissa Joulwan's Best Stir Fry Sauce Ever. It's the bomb! She has tons of sauce recipes in Well Fed. Well worth the price.
snowflower
If you have Well Fed 2, there's a great recipe for Thai Basil Beef that is simple and delicious. I couldn't find the recipe online, but found a different version using ground beef: http://theclothesmakethegirl.com/2008/07/15/fastesteasiesttastiest-ever-thai-beef-with-basil/
