So I just majorly fell off the bandwagon (I know, know..) in a situation that made me anxious so I emotionally ate. I had some gluten free and dairy free shortbread with soya yogurt, honey and some cocoa.

 

My stomach feels HORRIBLE. Like my body has gone into shock!

Maybe your body is punishing you :)  The longer I stick to eating this way, the worse I feel when I go off.  I was actually looking forward to monday morning when I knew I would go back to being strict.  It's getting to be self correcting.  Which I can't say I'm too upset about!
