Guest Posted May 5, 2014 Share Posted May 5, 2014 So I just majorly fell off the bandwagon (I know, know..) in a situation that made me anxious so I emotionally ate. I had some gluten free and dairy free shortbread with soya yogurt, honey and some cocoa. My stomach feels HORRIBLE. Like my body has gone into shock! I was actually looking forward to monday morning when I knew I would go back to being strict. It's getting to be self correcting. Which I can't say I'm too upset about!
