lilianlael
I work from 6pm-5am and this is my first time taking on the Whole 30 but before I start I just need some help on how this is going to work, being that my hours are way off. How do I meal plan? When do I stop eating with those hours? How and where do I start is actually where I'm stuck with this. Please and thank you! GFChris
Take a look at tips from Michelle Tam (aka Nom Nom Paleo), who's worked as a night shift hospital pharmacist. http://nomnompaleo.com/post/55156756199/surviving-the-night-shift
AllyB
I work kind of weird hours. I just eat a 'meal' when I'm hungry. I bring breakfast and lunch with me, but often don't eat them at normal breakfast and lunch hours.

Kmlynne
I am a night shift worker (7pm-730am) and have to adjust my meals. When I start a stretch of nights, I end up eating four meals - in the morning when I wake up, then a late lunch. I lie down to nap in the afternoon. Then I have my second two meals at work (usually around 9pm and 3-4 am. After that, I have my three meals at work during the night (usually 730pm, midnight and 5am). As I finish the stretch and am switching back to sleeping nights, I usually only get two meals in. I get up in the early afternoon and eat around 2pm, then the second meal at 6-7pm before going to bed. It's always an adventure! Good luck to you!
