Cane sugar

I'm starting to think all these muscle/joint/body aches are from sugar, as they are the only consistent thing I've had during the reintro period. The day I did dairy I had frozen yogurt, then had pain that night and the next day. Had similar pains (which were common pre whole 30) coming and going through the reintro period, during which I've had chocolate chips, craisins and ketchup a couple times on the days I wasn't doing intro for a new food (which would explain why I felt fine the day after gluten and rice but terrible 2 days after). I guess just eat 100% compliant until I feel no symptoms and start reintro again and this time really isolate the foods to not include sugar.
