natchety
I did my first Whole30 a few months ago, reintros, and now I'm happily eating Whole30 80%-90% of the time. My question is about snacking. I was sticking to the guidelines during the Whole30 with a serving of protein, a fat and lots of veggies each meal with very few snacks. Now I find myself saving my coconut butter from lunch and eating it later. Or taking what I would have eaten as a breakfast and eating it in two sittings a couple hours apart. I'm feeling great and loving this lifestyle, but am I on a slippery slope or somehow cheating myself?
Tina R
Not at all. You need to ride your own bike and if this works for you then go for it. Remember it's a whole30 not a whole365. Congratulations!
GlennR
And if for some reason you do feel you've slipped, you can always do another Whole30 to re-set.
