PaleoPetals
I make a recipe for my husband every week (pizza puffs) that only uses the whites of the eggs (he is not doing W30) which leaves me with about 5-6 yolks leftover, any ideas or recipes I could make with them. I know it's not much but I hate waste. I guess I could just add them to this recipe that is W30 complaint that I found off the same webiste http://blog.stuffimakemyhusband.com/2012/09/make-ahead-italian-brunch-bake.html I just dont know how adding extra yolk might effect the taste/consistancy. I would appreciate any ideas Thanks!
missmary
mayo!! I've recently started doing a single whole egg+two yolks for my mayo, but I know you can do it with just yolks. It is super rich and good.
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted July 2, 2014 Moderators Share Posted July 2, 2014 I bet you could make a Hollandaise sauce, modified to use ghee instead of butter. Think of how amazing that would be over ... EVERYTHING! Well, look here, I found a recipe: http://stupideasypaleo.com/2013/07/06/easy-paleo-ghee-hollandaise-sauce/
homerfrizzell
I had two in my coffee this morning. Blended. Very frothy but I think I will add a touch of salt next time.

mantishugo
My brother goes to the gym and the trainer has asked him to eat eggs (only white, no yolks) which leaves him wasting the yellow part of two eggs every day I consume. I will tell him about this recipe which you gals have shared here. Thanks a lot!!!
