missmary Posted July 5, 2014 Share Posted July 5, 2014 Chili powder is a combination of cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and various hot dried chilies. You could make your own from these individual spices or read labels on other chili powders at your grocery until you find one that is already compliant.
