ajniczka15
I know that flaxseed oil is not allowed in the Whole 30 but maybe the cold-pressed, unrefined BUDWIG oil that contains more Omega 3 than Omega 6 (4:1) is a good choice ? more information about this oil http://www.budwig-diet.co.uk/linseed/
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted August 8, 2014 You are wrong that flaxseed oil is not allowed. We warn that flaxseed and many other oils should not be used for cooking as heat degrades them. Further, we don't agree with the strongly worded marketing pitches that claim great benefits to consuming flaxseeds or flaxseed oil. Our position is that seeds and seed oils should be used sparingly. So you can consume flaxseed oil if you like.
