Tuni Posted August 8, 2014 Share Posted August 8, 2014 Tea bag ingredients: Organic green tea Organic nettle leaf Organic dandelion leaf Organic Echinacea root Organic astragalus root Natural lemon and maple flavors Other natural flavors I searched and found that "natural flavors" is generally accepted for whole30, but risky. I wasn't sure about the maple flavor. I know we need to exclude maple syrup as a sweetener, but is maple flavor ok or should I avoid this? Thank you in advance!
