Day 24 here and been feeling punk off and on, especially in the last 4 days or so....lightheaded (especially when coming up in yoga or something like kneeling), tired, groggy. Went to CVS and checked my blood pressure: 99 over 58, 69 beats per minute....which I understand to be on the low range of normal. But with these symptoms...decided to make an appointment with a doctor...can't get in for a couple weeks. So my question is....how do I know if I'm getting enough salt?
