Traditionally we used bisquick and dropped the dumplings on the top of the soup to steam/cook. I'm wondering if I can do corn meal type dumplings? Anyone have any ideas or recipes? Google "gluten free dumplings" and see what you find. Dumplings, even if made with fully compliant ingredients, wouldn't pass muster during the 30 day plan.
