trinitysgurl Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 I am on day 10 - and just realized that I take 2 advil every morning - with blood thinners.I broke my ankle back in April and ended up with a dual pulmonary embolism back in April (a HUGE blod clot that was blocking both the arteries to my lungs) - they prescribed blood thinners for the embolism - and told me to take OTC Advil for the pain in my ankle and the swelling.I just realized the other day the Advil are CANDY COATED!!!Other then these Advil - I have been 100% whole30. The advil may have impacted your whole30 (less because of sugar, but more because ibuprofen can be hell on stomach lining), but doctor prescribed meds take precedence.
