Carlaccini Posted September 8, 2014 Share Posted September 8, 2014 Unless you are using a half a can of coconut milk in your tea I wouldn't worry about this too much. Don't over think the fat too much - especially when you are just starting out. I drink my one and only coffee after breakfast and sometimes I add coconut milk and sometimes I don't.
