Sanny Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 Before Whole30 I was mostly paleo with the addition of sugar and occasional corn chips. I was very regular, pooping once in the morning, sometimes again in the afternoon. Now I sometimes skip a whole day, or have very small, incomplete poops. My bottom is sore and I don't know what to do (finally took still softener and it hasn't done much). I'm on Day 10 and I feel so many benefits except for this problem!!! I go way better if I've had a fatty meal. Do you take digestive enzymes or probiotics? That too might help if you aren't already. Others might have more insight. I'm only on Day 7 ...
