cupkayke Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 So I'm set to start my Whole 30 on Monday. Veggies and meat bought, prep started, I'm totally committed. This morning I woke up with a stomach bug. All I can keep down is weak tea and dry toast. I'm unsure how long it's going to last. Any ideas for beginning a Whole 30 while fighting a stomach virus?
