mpr7876 Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 Day 5, I am experiencing the chills/goosebumps, body aches, diarrhea, then hot flashes. I don't want to assume this is the flu even tho its how I usually start coming down with it. Is this a side effect of whole30? Its way beyond the fatigue I've been feeling. Thanks.
